♫♪♫ I will return to my San Francisco Bay Area studio after 11/27 and will start shipping all orders from USA.

Please verify that your shipping address is correct and add the correct phone numbers for the shipping label. We will not be held responsible for items shipped to the wrong address.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Sora Designs items are crafted carefully with high-quality materials and inspected scrupulously before shipping. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we are always glad to accept it for return or exchange in it's original, unused condition, less the cost of shipping. Returns may be made within 10 days of receipt of the item, and exchanges may be made within 30 days of receipt of order.

In the unlikely event your piece breaks, we will repair it free of charge (less shipping costs) within 30 days of date of purchase. After that time, we may have to charge a small fee. Please contact us first to discuss the nature of the repair required.
